I wrote this simple 'checker' some years ago with the intention of using it on the Regional web-site but the idea was difficult to maintain as I couldn't always get updated county fee details for the other counties. It remained buried on this site until I decided to give it more 'light'. So here it is for you. Quite simple to use, it will check your figures when completing affiliation forms and explain what fees are allocated where. There are somethings that I didn't design into it, for example, it doesn't check the number of seniors in a 'junior' club. However, it was designed as a simple checking tool. I hope you find it useful?

Instructions

What type of Affiliation Form? - For the affiliation form type select 'primary' if this affiliation is the 'Season's first' form returned to GNAS at the official re-affiliation time in September. The 'supplimentary' selection is for those times where additional members are to be registered after the first form has been dispatched. For example, when new members join the club after a winter's beginners course.

What type of Club? - This information is required to allow the different 'local' fees to be calculated. Four types of club are covered. A 'standard'club of seniors and juniors, A club for 'juniors' only, 'Disabled' and 'University'.

Number of seniors and number of juniors - This information is required to allow the different 'local county' fees to be calculated. All that is required is to enter the numbers, individually in the boxes provided.

GO! - If all the entries are now complete all that remains is for the data to be sent for calculation and this is done by clicking the 'GO' button.

Your results will appear here: - The results of your query will be returned to this half of the window with all details of the calculations given.

Close Window - 'click' here to close the window down.

'Information'. - Please remember, new members affiliating AFTER May 1st in any one year will pay the fee set at AGM in that year (if applicable) but will have until October 1st in the following year before re-affiliation payment is required again.
