Membership cards may be requested\, if you don’t have one yet please provide a letter from your Secretary. Entry may be refused if this is not provided. \n\nPortsmouth Round – 60cm face at 20 yards\, Shooting will be in timed ends of 3 arrows to be shot in 2 minutes. Compounds may choose to shoot on a 3 spot target. \nAssembly will take place 5 minute before the commencement of each session. \nArchery GB Dress Code will not be enforced\, but it is preferred. \nIn view of the provisions of the Archery GB protection of children and vulnerable adults those who wish to take photographs at this event must register with the tournament organiser.

DESCRIPTION:Whitburn Archers 14th Annual Indoor Open Tournament\n\nTo Enter Tournament Click Here\n\nA World Record Status Event\n\nJudges: David Harrison\, Ken Thornton\, Sharon Tideswell & Malcolm Foxton\nLord Patron/Lady Paramount: To be announced \n\nAwards: Unique Archery Glass Awards dependent on entry in each individual class.  Awards will be based on the highest individual WA18m round score irrespective of number of prior rounds shot. \n\nThe rounds are WA18m – shot on vertical 3-spot faces for recurve/compound archers.  Longbow/barebow archers will shoot at single-spot faces.  Shooting will be timed with ends of 3 arrows to be shot in 2 minutes.  Assembly will take place 5 minutes prior to the commencement of each session only if archers are present who have not shot the previous session.  Seedings for head-to-head event will be based off placings from the Sunday morning session only. \nJunior entries will be awarded junior prizes only.  Under 21’s are welcome to enter as a senior archer\, and be competitive in that class\, should they wish to do so. \nPlease note that this event is only open to members of ArcheryGB or another WA-affiliated National Governing Body.  Membership cards will be requested at registration.  Participation may be refused if you are not able to show your membership card. \n\nDress Regulations will apply (as per GNAS rule 307).  In view of the provisions of the GNAS Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy\, those who wish to take photographs at this event are to register with the tournament organiser. \nRecord Status tournaments will be liable for drug testing\, and competitors approached to give samples must comply\, that if they refuse\, that refusal will be treated as a positive result and that entries from archers under 18 must be acknowledged by a parent/guardian to signify their consent to their child being drug tested if approached. \n\n\n\n\nWhen\nSaturday\, 15 October 2016 at 09:00 – Sunday\, 16 October 2016 at 15:30 (BST)  \nWhere\nNissan Sports & Leisure Complex – Washington Road\, Sunderland\, SR5 3NS
