Every affiliated club is entitled to up to two votes, and members are also welcome to attend as observers if they would like to learn more about the work of the county association and follow the discussions.
If you’d like to read the agenda and accompanying papers before the meeting, please ask your Club Secretary, who has received the full meeting pack.
To help ensure the minutes are as accurate as possible, the meeting will be audio recorded.
