Archery GB Affiliation Fee Proposals: Online Meeting, 2 November

Archery GB is proposing changes to the way county and regional affiliation fees are collected, and an online meeting has been arranged to discuss the proposals.

Under the proposed arrangements, Archery GB would collect county and regional affiliation fees directly from archers as part of the Archery GB membership renewal process, rather than through clubs as is currently the case.

What Does This Mean for Our Clubs and Archers?

This would represent a significant change to the way county and regional affiliations are currently administered, potentially affecting how clubs manage membership renewals and how county and regional organisations collect their fees.

While no changes have been confirmed, we believe it’s important that our clubs and members have the opportunity to understand what’s being proposed and what it could mean for them.

Online Meeting

An online meeting has been arranged to discuss the proposals and is open to anyone with an interest in the changes.

  • Date: Monday 2 November 2026
  • Time: 7:00pm
  • Location: Microsoft Teams
  • Who can attend: Club officials, individual archers and anyone else interested in the proposals

Further Information and Joining Details

Club secretaries have been provided with presentation slides outlining the proposals, along with the Microsoft Teams meeting details.

Archers who would like to review the slides or attend the meeting should contact their club secretary.

DNAA encourages clubs across Durham and Northumberland to share this information with their members and take the opportunity to find out more about the proposals.

County and regional affiliations are an important part of our sport, and we want our clubs and archers to be informed about any changes to how they are administered.
